Ilana J. Miller is a Chartered Mediator, Canada’s highest official designation for practicing mediators, as well as an Accredited Family Mediator, Certified Arbitrator, and Parenting Coordinator; with over 25 years of experience specializing in parenting decision-making and parenting time. She facilitates agreements for separating and divorcing parents in a timely and cost-effective manner, demonstrating great sensitivity to their unique issues. Since 2002, Ilana has been in full-time private practice, focusing on creating customized and tailored agreements.
Ilana Miller holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto. Additionally, Ilana has been conferred with two graduate degrees: one in child and family psychology, the other her Master of Laws [LL.M.] from Osgoode Hall Law school, specializing in Family Law, Dispute Resolution.
With extensive expertise in Family Law, Mediation, Arbitration, Parenting Coordination, s.30 Forensic Evaluations, and Voice of the Child Reports, Ilana adopts a personalized approach to each matter, recognizing that every family has its own distinct issues, needs and goals.
