Ilana Miller is a highly experienced Divorce Mediator and Arbitrator, providing services in Arbitration, Mediation (open and closed), Med-Arb, Parenting Coordination, and specialized assessments such as s.30 Forensic Evaluations and Voice of the Child Reports.

She holds Canada’s highest designation as a Chartered Mediator, is an Accredited Family Mediator with OAFM, and is certified as both an Arbitrator and Parenting Coordinator with FDRIO. Ilana has also served on the Boards of FDRIO and ADRIO.

With graduate degrees in Child & Family Psychology (University of Toronto) and a Master of Laws in Family Law and Dispute Resolution (Osgoode Hall Law School), Ilana brings both academic depth and practical expertise to complex family matters.

Her practice emphasizes rapport, clarity, and child-centered solutions — fostering constructive progress and sustainable outcomes in even the most high-conflict situations.
