DESIGNING NEGOTIATED OUTCOMES FOR LONG-TERM STABILITY

Miller Predictive Settlement Model™ | Predictive settlement design for durable outcomes

Modern family disputes rarely end when an agreement is signed. They evolve under financial change, shifting parenting realities, and emotional pressure. Miller Mediation & Arbitration offers a structured approach to durable resolution through the Miller Predictive Settlement Model™ — a forward-looking methodology focused on designing settlements that are capable of functioning in real life. Rather than treating settlement as a single negotiation event, this approach integrates system mapping, predictive risk calibration, and clarity-driven agreement design to support stability over time.

What Clients Experience

Clients leave with clarity on position, process, and next steps. The work is not simply to resolve disputes, but to structure outcomes that can function beyond the negotiations itself — under financial change, shifting parenting dynamics, and real-world pressure. The process is designed to stabilize, not just settle.

Being Heard 🗣️

Clients begin by being heard properly. In conflict, precise listening changes the trajectory of the process. The work is to surface what matters and position both voices for structured resolution.

Stabilizing Conflict 🌊

In conflict, being understood changes everything. Parents come stressed, depleted or just beginning the journey of separation and divorce, and not knowing where to turn.

Clients have shared that they feel calmer, more knowledgeable and more confident in the path forward.
